Our Exterior Process:
Power Washing:
 |
The exterior process begins with power washing
the house or property to remove mold, mildew, and dirt. |
| Driveways, walkways, decks, and patios
are power washed on request. |
| The house is given time to dry. |
Preparatory:
| Carpentry repairs (if contracted) are
completed by our carpentry crew. |
| All peeling areas are scraped, sanded,
and primed. |
| Joints and cracks are caulked. |
| Recessed nail holes and knotholes are
puttied for appearance purposes and to prevent water permeation of the
siding material. |
| Other cosmetic repairs that are
repairable will be completed. |
| Windows are re-glazed as necessary. |
Painting:
| The full finish coat is applied to
provide proper
coverage and finish. |
| All non-painted surfaces are covered to
protect against splatter and drips. |
| Paint is applied with a brush, roller,
or sprayer depending on the surface. |
| Second coat is available upon request or
when specified on the contract. |
| Only premium quality paints are used. |
Clean-Up:
| Performed daily and upon completion of
the job. |
| All debris is removed. |
| Touch-up paint is labeled and left with
the customer. |
| Outdoor fixtures and furniture are
replaced. |
Inspection:
| Before the crew leaves a complete
inspection is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly. |
| Final inspection is carried out by the company owner
and property owner or manager. |
